Biography
"Ceramic sculpture has permitted me to translate my interest in form, texture and three dimensional expression. These vessels convey my current themes of growth and potential in an abstract and organic manner."
Linda Agar-Hendrix, originally from the Berkshires in New England, lived and worked in France before moving to Maryland over 20 years ago. Travel has provided her visual images which have translated into sculpture and photography. She has exhibited at various galleries in France, New England and New York in addition to participating in juried shows at the Delaplaine Visual Art Center in Frederick, MD, The Artist's Gallery in Columbia, Maryland and Baltimore Clayworks. She has been a member of The Artist's Gallery in Frederick, Maryland since 2007. Her work is in private collections in France and the US.
